Eric Koncz

Eric Koncz has a strong background in operations management and venue management. Eric started their career in 2005 as part of the building crew for events at the Cleveland Cavaliers. Eric then joined Global Spectrum in 2007 as an Operations Supervisor and worked there until 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Eric worked as an Operations Manager for Spectra by Comcast Spectacor. Eric then joined SMG | Worldwide Entertainment & Convention Venue Management in 2016 as an Operations Manager and remained there until 2019. Currently, they are working as the Assistant Director of Operations at Official ASM Global since October 2019.

Eric Koncz received a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management from Trine University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Eric has also obtained several certifications. Eric completed CPR & AED training at the Glendale Fire Department in November 2015. Furthermore, they achieved certifications as a Rough Terrain and Warehouse Forklift Trainer, as well as a Self-Propelled Booms & Scissor lift Trainer, both from Genie - a Terex brand, in November 2015.
