Ajit Dhamdhere

AJIT DHAMDHERE is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development of Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) process technology for various advanced applications. Current role as Senior Process Engineer R&D at ASM involves innovating ALD technologies for logic and memory solutions since October 2024. Previous experience includes serving as Staff Process Engineer at Eugenus, Inc. from May 2019 to September 2024, focusing on ALD process development for advanced electronics and ultra-thin films. Earlier, from 2017 to 2019, AJIT held the position of Materials Scientist at Cactus Materials, Inc., concentrating on thin film deposition of 2D materials and surface engineering. AJIT holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Physics and a Professional Science Master's in Nanoscience, both from Arizona State University.
