Gyunghyun Ryu

Gyunghyun Ryu is a Senior Process Engineer at ASM since June 2022, focusing on ALD process optimization and thin film characterization. Prior to this role, Gyunghyun served as a Postdoctoral Scholar at Penn State University from February 2021 to June 2022, specializing in the deposition and electrical characterization of ferroelectric thin films. Additionally, Gyunghyun worked as a Visiting Researcher at Technische Universität Darmstadt in early 2013, where the research centered on the characterization of ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties of perovskite materials. Gyunghyun holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from North Carolina State University, obtained between 2016 and 2021, and completed a degree at Changwon National University from 2006 to 2014.
