Michelle O'Connor (FCIPD)

Michelle O'Connor (FCIPD) has significant experience in various senior leadership roles in HR and people management. Michelle currently serves as the Chief People Officer and Company Board Director at Aspens Services Ltd, where they oversee HR, recruitment, learning and development, and quality, health, safety, and environment functions for a workforce of over 4,500 employees. Prior to this, they were the People & Culture Director EMEA at SOTI, leading the development of the People & Culture strategy across 16 countries and driving global HR initiatives.
