Brian White

Brian White is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Operational Excellence at Aspire Bakeries since May 2022, Brian previously held positions at General Mills from September 2017 to July 2021, including Continuous Improvement Manager and the Community Action (Foundation) Chair. Brian also managed the training department, focusing on developing strategies to achieve facility goals. Earlier in Brian's career, from May 1988 to December 1995, counseling was a primary focus at Mercy Medical Center, where Brian facilitated counseling sessions related to substance abuse recovery. Brian holds a Master of Business Administration from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Social Work from Wartburg College.
