Serena Alaily, MBA, is the Chief Executive Officer at Aspire Chicago, leading innovative initiatives to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities in the metro Chicago area since November 2017. Alaily has extensive experience in financial management and compliance, previously serving as an Experienced Audit Manager at EY, where responsibilities included overseeing audits for significant clients in the healthcare and not-for-profit sectors. Prior to EY, Alaily was the Controller at Easter Seals, managing operations and compliance for an organization with over $100M in revenue. Alaily's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
