Mariana Wisk

Mariana Wisk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Corporate Secretary at Assurant since April 2016, Mariana has held several key positions within the organization, including Vice President, Managing Attorney, and Assistant Secretary. Prior to Assurant, Mariana worked at Fortress Investment Group as Public Company and Private Equity Counsel from July 2013 to April 2016. Mariana began a legal career at Debevoise & Plimpton as a Corporate Associate from October 2005 to June 2013. Educationally, Mariana holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Yale University.
