Raju M.

Raju M. has extensive work experience in the field of microelectronics, starting with their role as a Graduate Student at Nanyang Technological University from August 2013 to July 2015. Raju then worked as a Digital Design Verification Intern at NXP Semiconductors from July 2014 to March 2015 before joining Wipro Technologies for Texas Instruments as a VLSI Verification Engineer on contract from August 2010 to July 2013.

In 2015, Raju M. joined GLOBALFOUNDRIES as an Engineer in the PDK development and Design Enablement team. In this role, they developed LVS runsets for major tools used by customers, validated LVS runsets and peripheral kit elements to ensure high-quality delivery, and provided support and timely response to customer feedback and concerns. Raju held this position until February 2019. Raju then progressed to the role of Senior Engineer in PDK development and Design Enablement, where they continued to perform similar responsibilities but with added responsibilities of delivering and maintaining industry-leading Technology PDKs. Raju M. held this role from March 2019 to April 2021.

Most recently, Raju M. joined the Institute of Microelectronics in August 2021 as a Senior Research Engineer, where they are currently working.

Raju M. has a strong educational background in the field of electrical and electronics engineering, with a focus on integrated circuit (IC) design. In 2006, Raju enrolled in Anna University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
