Marion Dorsch has a diverse and extensive work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Starting in 1994, they worked as a Post-doctoral Fellow at Columbia University in the City of New York. Marion then joined Millennium Pharmaceuticals in 1998 as a Senior Scientist II, where they stayed until 2005. Marion then moved on to the Novartis Institutes for Biomedical Research, where they held the position of Group leader, Oncology, from 2005 to 2010. Following this, they worked at sanofi-aventis as the Director of Cancer Biology from 2010 to 2012. Marion then joined Agios as the Vice President of Biology from 2012 to 2016. Most recently, they served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Blueprint Medicines from 2016 to 2021. Marion is currently holding the position of President and Chief Scientific Officer at Atavistik Bio, starting from April 2021.
Marion Dorsch earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Biology from Freie Universität Berlin, where they studied from 1986 to 1993.
