Timothy Petit has a robust background in IT operations and management with over 20 years of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of ITSM Operations at ATB Financial since August 2018, Timothy oversees the ITSM Operations team, ensuring the implementation of best practices and operational standards. Previous roles at ATB Financial include Acting Director of ITSM and Operations, Senior Manager of the Technical Operations Centre, Manager of Tech Shops, and Branch Enablement Analyst. Prior experience includes significant positions at Long View Systems, Dell Canada, and BCOM Computers, where Timothy developed expertise in managed IT services, technical support, and sales.
