Albert Vandenbergh

Albert VanDenBergh currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Information Technology at Aurorium since May 2021 and as a Board Member at Ateios since March 2021. Previously, Albert held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Heritage Construction and Materials, a segment of The Heritage Group, from July 2016 to May 2021. Prior experience includes significant roles at Remy International as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, leading the company through a sale that achieved a 40% premium, and multiple positions at Delphi, culminating in Vice President roles overseeing finance for various divisions. Albert’s career began at General Motors, where roles included Product Development Engineer and Test Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and advanced degrees in engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Kettering University.
