Robert Peake is Vice President of Facilities Management and Real Estate at Atlantic Health System reporting to the Senior Vice President Chief Financial Officer of the corporation. He is a seasoned executive with over 30 years of experience. Mr. Peake oversees an operating budget of $70 million that includes 280 employees with an employee engagement of 97%. He manages existing buildings (over 6 million square feet) in multiple locations as well as all new construction, design, facility master planning and real estate holdings; additional responsibilities include Facilities/Plant and Biomedical Engineering along with Fleet service.

Atlantic Health System is a multi-hospital system that has completed $1.5 billion dollars of construction expansion/renovation and created multiple campus master plans over the past twenty years under his direction.

Mr. Peake holds an associate degree in Electronic Engineering and a bachelor’s degree in Management from DeVry University and has been with Atlantic Health for 25 years. Prior to Atlantic, he served in a similar capacity for Cathedral Healthcare System, located in Newark, NJ. He has worked in the facilities, construction and real estate industry for over 30 years and has a true understanding of what it takes to design, build and maintain effective and efficient healthcare facilities.
