With extensive experience in commercial real estate, Fred specialized in the disposition of shopping centers across the SE on behalf of institutional and private clients. Fred has worked at companies such as Transwestern, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, and Lavista Associates, Inc. Fred's notable transactions include a $31M power center in Peachtree City, GA, and a $9M power center in Shreveport, LA. Fred graduated from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business in 1998.
