Hagen Koop

Hagen Koop has extensive experience in the field of engineering and project management, currently serving as the Technischer Manager Submarine System at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH since January 2001, with responsibility for the German submarines U212a. Previous roles at ATLAS ELEKTRONIK GmbH include Head of Integrated Planning & Project Management, Hauptabteilungsleiter Technik for SONAR Underwater Components, and Abteilungsleiter Technik for SONAR Signalprocessing, where Hagen managed teams of up to 65 employees and oversaw various technical and project management initiatives. Early career experiences include positions as SONAR System Engineer and SONAR Software Development Engineer, along with a role as a Software Engineer in fleet management at Blaupunkt, and as a HW & SW Development Engineer in polar research at Isitec GmbH. Hagen Koop holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, and Communication Technology from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences.
