Heather Kylen

Heather Kylen is a Recruiter at Atlas MedStaff. Heather was previously a Registered Nurse at Memorial Hermann Health System, Texas Children's Hospital, and UTMB. Heather is also the owner of Fairy Tails Pet Sitting Service.

Heather has always been interested in helping others. Heather decided to become a nurse so they could make a difference in the lives of their patients. Heather has worked in various nursing roles over the years, including the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and Float Pool at Texas Children's Hospital. While at Texas Children's Hospital, Heather became Charge Nurse, Team Lead, and a founding member of the Special Isolation Unit.

Heather's passion for animals led their to start their own pet sitting business, Fairy Tails Pet Sitting Service. Heather enjoyed being their own boss and being able to work around their nursing schedule. After a few years, Heather decided to focus their attention on nursing and sold their business.

Heather is excited to be working as a Recruiter at Atlas MedStaff. In their role, Heather enjoys helping nurses find their perfect job match.

Heather Kylen has a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from The University of Texas Medical Branch. Heather is currently a Registered Nurse.
