Noelia Sierra Pérez

Noelia Sierra Pérez has extensive work experience in the field of data science and risk management. Noelia started their career in 2007 at axesor as a Statistical and R&D Analyst, specializing in research and development. In 2012, they joined Axesor Rating as the Head of Methodology, contributing to the company's rating processes until 2019.

Noelia returned to axesor in 2016 as the Manager of the Risk Department, where they worked until 2018. During this time, they gained valuable experience in risk management strategies and analysis.

In 2018, Noelia joined Atlax 360 as the Manager of the Risk Department, undertaking responsibilities related to risk assessment and mitigation. In 2019, they were promoted to the role of Head of Data Science, where they led the data science team's efforts in leveraging data to drive business insights.

Currently, Noelia holds the position of Chief of Data Science at Atlax 360, overseeing and directing the data science initiatives and utilizing their expertise to enhance the company's data-driven decision-making processes.

Noelia Sierra Pérez obtained a Licenciatura en Matemáticas degree from the Universidad de Granada from 2000 to 2007. In 2015, they completed a Curso dirección de proyectos preparación para la certificación PMP del PMI at Avante. Additionally, in May 2020, they obtained a certification in Google Cloud Platform Big Data and Machine Learning Fundamentals from Coursera.
