Mike Stella

Mike Stella has over 30 years of work experience in various industries. Mike started their career in the US Air Force, serving in different positions related to avionics maintenance and eventually becoming a pilot. In 1989, they joined General Dynamics, where they maintained and administered flight training device programs for the Air National Guard. In 1992, they joined IMA Life (formerly BOC Edwards) and held various positions over the years, including Controls Systems Engineer, Validation and Test Supervisor, Customer Service Manager, Training Manager, and Quality Manager. In 2011, they established a USA subsidiary of Shanghai Tofflon Science and Technology called Tofflon USA, where they were the Technical Director responsible for engineering, documentation, and qualification support. Since 2015, they have been working at ATS Life Sciences Scientific Products as the Director of Sales for BioPharma Processing Equipment. In this role, they manage Regional Sales Managers and provides expertise and guidance to customers and internal personnel.
