Leandro Souza is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in software development and architecture, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer, Tech Lead, and Architect at ATS4IT since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles at Hitachi Vantara, Integer Consulting, AddTech, Elsevier, Bematech - CMNet LATAM, Sofis Tecnologia, and Camping Clube do Brasil, where Leandro has been involved in coaching, mentoring, and applying a wide range of technologies and development methodologies.
