Kimberly Taylor-West is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client strategy and customer success, currently serving as Lead Client Strategy Manager at Attentive since June 2021. Previously, Kimberly held the role of Director of Partner Success at Flex and progressed through various positions at Lucid, including Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
