Matthew Russell

Matthew Russell has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matthew started their career as an International Portfolio Accountant at Barclays in 1999 before transitioning to a Junior Financial Analyst role at Longs Drugs in 2000. In 2001, they joined Oracle as a Compensation Analyst, and later became a Financial Analyst. Matthew then moved to General Electric as a Senior Financial Analyst in 2004.

In 2006, Matthew joined Swiss Re as a Senior Financial Specialist. Matthew spent three years in this role before moving to Teradata in 2009, where they served as a Financial Planning Manager until 2010.

In 2011, Matthew joined AUL Corp as a Risk Manager, responsible for managing risk within the company. In this role, they significantly contributed to AUL's profitability by implementing actions in pricing and risk management, resulting in millions of dollars in underwriting profit. Matthew was subsequently promoted to SVP, Head of Risk Management, Compliance, and Claims, where they lead the risk management team and collaborates with the SVP of Sales to develop and update programs.

Matthew currently holds the position at AUL Corp, with no specified end date for their role.
