Ernie Young

Ernie Young has a diverse work experience. Ernie currently holds the position of Chief of Staff to the President & COO at Aura, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at United Airlines from 2016 to 2022, starting as a Product Manager and progressing to roles such as General Manager and Director of Hawaii. Before joining United Airlines, Ernie worked at Goldman Sachs from 2014 to 2016 as a Team Lead and Spring Associate in the Client Middle Office, Asset Management division. Ernie also served in the US Army from 2008 to 2014, holding various roles including Director of PM and Senior Product Manager.

Ernie Young graduated from Whippany Park High School in 2004. Ernie then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, as well as in Chinese Language and Literature, and Systems Engineering. Ernie is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the Texas McCombs School of Business, with an expected completion date in 2024.
