Alex Groom

Alex Groom is an experienced HR and payroll professional with a robust background in leading HR transition projects for both Australian and international clients at Aurion People & Payroll Solutions since 2017. Holding various managerial roles, Alex specializes in addressing complex HR and Industrial Relations challenges, designing bespoke recruitment processes, and developing performance appraisal programs. Previous experience includes strategic workforce planning at Uniting, HR consulting at GMAC, and business development at PeopleKey. Alex also possesses a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Management from the Australian Institute of Music.
