Samuel Cordts

Samuel Cordts has extensive work experience in the field of health, safety, and environment. Samuel currently holds the position of Director of Health Safety and Environment at Austal USA since June 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Environmental, Health, Safety & Security professional at Continental Aerospace Technologies™ from February 2021 to June 2021. From July 2018 to October 2020, they served as a Safety Manager at Continental Aerospace Technologies™. Samuel also worked at Vulcan Materials Company, where they held the roles of Safety and Health Representative for the Southern & Gulf Coast Division from September 2014 to July 2018, and Corporate Safety and Health Specialist from September 2013 to September 2014. Before that, they worked as an Environmental, Health and Safety Coordinator at Steelscape, Inc from November 2006 to September 2013, and at the Harley-Davidson Talladega Test Facility from December 2005 to November 2006.

Samuel Cordts obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Occupational Health and Safety Technology / Industrial Management from Jacksonville State University. Samuel completed their studies at the university from 2001 to 2005.
