Charlotte Wills

Charlotte Wills has over 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry. Charlotte began their career as an HR Advisor at DAS, where they worked from 2003 to 2005. Wills then joined Prudential Assurance as an Employee Relations Advisor for a brief period in 2006. Following this, they became a Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant at Bewley Recruitment Ltd from 2006 to 2010, where they excelled in various areas such as human resources, marketing, business development, account management, and relationship building. In 2010, Wills took on the role of Managing Director at Austen Lloyd Legal Recruitment, a leading national agency specializing in placing lawyers in private practice and in-house positions. Throughout their career, they have maintained an excellent reputation in the industry and has become a market leader in legal recruitment.

Charlotte Wills attended Clifton High School from 1994 to 1996. Charlotte then went on to study at the University of the West of England from 1998 to 2001, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Sociology & Linguistics.
