Dave Quesada

Dave Quesada is currently serving as a Senior Product Development Technologist at Australian Bakels since January 2023. Prior to this, Dave held the same title at Suprima Bakeries from June 2020 to January 2023. Between May 2018 and June 2020, Dave worked as a Product Development Technologist at Gelatissimo. Before that, from 2013 to September 2017, Dave was a Research and Development Technologist at Allied Pinnacle. In terms of education, Dave completed a Certificate III in Bread Baking at TAFE NSW from February 2021 to September 2022, and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science and Technology from UNSW in 2010-2013.
