Glenn Bacic

Glenn Bacic is an experienced professional with a strong background in industrial relations and human resources. Currently serving as a Party Agent for the Australian Labor Party (NSW Branch) since May 2018, Glenn has previously held significant roles including Director of Business Partners at Transport for NSW, where management of a team of 70 focused on HR strategies for a 25,000-strong workforce. As Project Director for Transport Cluster Reform, Glenn provided strategic direction for road maintenance contract privatization amidst workforce challenges. Prior positions include Director of Public Sector Industrial Relations at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW), overseeing the development of industrial relations policies, and Senior Advisor to the Minister for Industrial Relations in the NSW Government. Glenn's early career included negotiations for the Flight Attendants Association and the Electrical Trades Union, advocating for members across various sectors. Glenn holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from the University of Technology Sydney and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
