Hanna Head is an experienced project manager and advocate in the field of drug policy and social well-being, currently serving as Project Manager for Wellbeing at Students Organising for Sustainability (SOS-UK) since January 2024. As a member of Students for Sensible Drug Policy (SSDP) UK since September 2021, Hanna supports the informal network of UK chapters. Hanna has held various roles, including Chair of the Student Advisory Panel for Universities UK's Student Drug Use Project and Admin Officer for the All Party Parliamentary Group for Drug Policy Reform. Previous experience includes trustee positions with Mentor Foundation UK and Yellow Door, and coordinator for Cannabis Europa, alongside roles in policy analysis and administration in drug and alcohol education. Educational qualifications include a current PhD in Social Policy, Sociology & Criminology from the University of Birmingham, an MA in Comparative Drug and Alcohol Studies from Middlesex University, and a BSc (Hons) in Business Economics from Solent University.
