Jessica C. started their work experience in 2017 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Up Fundraising. Jessica then transitioned to the role of Senior Recruiter Team Lead before leaving in September 2018. In December 2018, they joined truMedic as a Talent Acquisition Manager, where they worked until June 2019. From June 2019 onwards, they worked at CanMar Recruitment, first as a Recruitment Partner and later as the Recruitment Practice Lead. In December 2020, they joined bloo Recruitment as a Senior Recruitment Partner, leaving in April 2021. Jessica briefly worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Blend HRM Inc from April 2021 to June 2021. From June 2021 to December 2021, they worked as a Senior Business Recruiter at DoorDash. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Specialist at automotiveMastermind Inc. since December 2021.

Jessica C. started their education in 2010 at Centennial College, where they pursued a degree in Child and Youth Worker with a focus on Mental Health Counseling/Counselor. Jessica participated in this program until 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2015, Jessica attended the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies, where they completed a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching Business English. Lastly, in 2015, Jessica enrolled at the Universidad de Panamá, specializing in Spanish Language and Literature for a year.
