Chuck Laughlin

Chuck Laughlin is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community vitality, operations, and information technology. Currently serving as an Extension Agent at K-State Research and Extension since June 2022, Chuck focuses on Family & Community Vitality. As a Manager at AVACEN Medical since April 2020 and Principal of BroganUSA since 2009, Chuck has developed strategies for evaluating income potential and managing properties for resale. Previously, Chuck held the role of Executive Director at North Lake Highlands Public Improvement District and worked for HCA for 15 years in various managerial IT positions, emphasizing leadership in planning, budgeting, and enhancing employee engagement. Chuck's early experience includes roles in data entry and customer service training at Royal Insurance and MCI Telecommunications. Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science in Clothing & Textiles Apparel & Textile Marketing from Kansas State University in 1989.
