Alesia Pinney is an accomplished legal and corporate executive with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Steward and Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary at Avalara since April 2013, Alesia plays a key role in providing automated compliance services. Alesia has held multiple board positions, including Board Member at Sharkbite Games and Winc, Inc., where responsibilities included serving as Chair of the Compensation Committee and participating in the Audit Committee.
