Joanna Apostolov fCMgr is an experienced customer success and sales professional with a strong background in managing teams and achieving targets. Currently serving as the Customer Success Team Lead at Avalara since June 2022, Joanna was instrumental in establishing the customer success team to support the Enterprise customer base and actively mentors new team members. Previously, Joanna spent nearly a decade at Bupa Global, holding various roles including SME Retention & New Business Sales Manager, where management of a team of 10 Account Managers led to a retention rate of 97% in 2020. Additionally, Joanna served as a training and coaching resource for sales teams and managed a portfolio of 2000 clients. Earlier career experience includes the role of Assistant Hotel Manager at Hotel UNA. Educational qualifications include a Foundation degree in Management from the Chartered Management Institute and diplomas in Leadership and Hospitality Supervision.
