Mike Marek

Mike Marek is an experienced executive in revenue operations and business management, currently serving as the Director of Value Engineering at Avalara since February 2024. Previously held positions at Avalara include Sr. Director of Revenue Operations and Director of Revenue Operations, where Mike focused on enhancing process efficiency and equipping sales teams with essential tools. Prior to this, Mike served as Business Director at Xenon Arc, overseeing a $20M business unit and managing a team of nine.
