Zia Ullah

Zia Ullah has over 17 years of work experience in various roles in the operations and management field. Zia started their career in 2004 as a Process Associate at Indecomm Golbal Services. Later, they worked at First Amercian (India) Pvt. Ltd as a Deputy Manager from 2005 to 2018. In 2019, they joined KNOWLEDGE SPLICE SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED as an Operations Manager, and then moved to Firstsource in 2020 as an Operations Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Manager and Associate Director of Operations at Avanze, where they have been working since 2022.

Zia Ullah completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from Jamal Mohamed College, Tiruchirappalli - 620 020, during the years 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their PUC (Pre-University Course) in Physical Sciences from GBHSS, Sathyamangalam, between the years 1993 and 1999. Additionally, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt - Certificate of Completion in the year 2014.
