Mridu K. Singh

Mridu started on her professional ladder with the media industry, where she learned the dynamics of identifying and creating opportunities and bridging them for profit. After having gained experience with sector leaders like Living Media and Rediff.com; about a decade ago, she took her next step of moving into the HR consulting industry.

Mridu has over a decade of executive search experience and has worked across several sectors, with a substantial concentration of work being in Consumer Goods and Retail sector. She has executed searches spanning from mid to Senior and CXO level for various business functions.

She started her career in search with a boutique firm “Grassik Search” and in her second stint with them she was Practice Head for the Consumer & Retail vertical and led a team of Consultants and researchers.

She has also worked with the international search firm Korn/Ferry International and was part of the IT & Technology practice. At Korn/Ferry International she worked some of the best-known technology brands in the world and executed assignments helping the organisations select and hire the talent they need to execute their strategy.

At Dainik Bhaskar she was part of the corporate HR team at a time when the organisation was undergoing transformation. She worked on Objective setting & Key Result Areas design for the critical roles in the organisation, handled the design and implementation of Induction programs, design of Exit process including exit interviews, Training Need Identification and firming up the calendar and assessment of Internal Talent

In her last stint she was the Principal Consultant with a Multinational start-up search firm where she was responsible for continuous growth of the firm in terms of scale, size, reach, turnover & profitability.

Mridu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature from Delhi University.
