MarySusan Wanich is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer at Avenue5 Residential since September 2016, MarySusan has also been a consultant for Diversified Real Estate Services since August 2015 and operates as a self-employed real estate broker since January 1991, holding licenses across multiple states including Delaware, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Georgia, and Colorado. Prior experience includes managing director of integrations at Greystar from November 2014 to August 2015 and chief operating officer at Riverstone Residential Group from November 2007 to October 2014, where MarySusan also held the position of division president.
