Estevan Orozco has extensive experience in implementation and customer service management, currently serving as the Director of Global Implementation Services at Avetta since August 2015. Prior to this position, Estevan held various roles at PICS Auditing, LLC from June 2007 to August 2015, including Customer Service Manager, where responsibilities included establishing customer service teams in North America and Latin America, managing employee performance, and launching quality assurance processes. Estevan also demonstrated success in client relationship management as an Account Manager, where recognition was received for registering a significant number of contractors. Earlier experience includes operational roles in the US Navy and a solid educational background with an Associate's degree from Bakersfield College and further studies at California State University, Fullerton.
