Petar Penkov

Petar Penkov is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in Linux Kernel Networking and BPF. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at Aviatrix since April 2022, Petar previously held roles at Google from April 2019 to April 2022, advancing from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer. Petar's academic background includes a Master's degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Stanford University, where involvement as a Course Assistant for CS107 and as a Resident Assistant provided foundational mentorship and community-building skills.
