Harkhjot Singh

Harkhjot Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer operations and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Avidbots Corp. since February 2017, Harkhjot oversees two teams managing operational support for numerous robots daily while implementing process improvements. Previously, as a Support Manager, significant reductions in operations support time were achieved through training and automation. Harkhjot also held the position of Applications Engineer, focusing on pre and post-sales support and managing solutions for over 50 clients. Prior experience includes working as an Embedded Software/Hardware Engineer at Palette Gear, where Harkhjot contributed to hardware module development and firmware for consumer electronics. Harkhjot holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Embedded System Development from Conestoga College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
