Courtney Margarone is a dynamic professional with a diverse background in media and recruitment. Currently serving as a Family Recruiter at AVmedia, Inc. since April 2023, Courtney previously held multiple roles at CNTV from November 2017 to March 2023, including Director of Content and Content Team Lead. Prior experience includes an Activations Specialist position at Marriott Vacations Worldwide Corporation and various production roles at KATV and Nexstar Broadcasting Group, where responsibilities ranged from producing newscasts to leading teams. Courtney's educational foundation was established at the University of Arkansas, where studies took place from 2004 to 2007.
