Will Rogers

Will Rogers is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Elm Product Recovery Manager and previously as a Test Engineer at Avo Photonics since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Lab Technician at Innoflight, Inc. from January to October 2017, and as an Engineering Test Technician at Interface Displays and Controls from September 2010 to September 2016. Additionally, Will Rogers served in the US Marine Corps from September 1999 to October 2008, working as an APG-65/73 RADAR Technician and Work Center Supervisor. Will Rogers holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wayne State University, where studies were completed between 2017 and 2021.
