Laura Hedges has extensive experience in the fragrance industry, currently serving as the Global Makeup Innovation Manager and Global Fragrance Innovation Manager at Avon since July 2019. Laura has successfully managed fragrance projects that contributed to significant sales growth, including a $40 million innovation increase in 2021 and the development of a three-year innovation strategy for the Avon Attraction brand. Previous roles at Avon include Global Fragrance Marketing Coordinator, where Laura oversaw the new product development process and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Prior to Avon, Laura worked as a Ward Assistant at the NHS, ensuring high standards of patient care. Laura holds a BSc in Business Psychology from Loughborough University and A Levels in Information and Communications Technology, Business Management, and Psychology from Elizabeth Woodville School.
