Chris Bernard

Chris Bernard has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Chris has worked as a Human Resources Director at AWP Safety since February 2023. Prior to that, Chris held positions at Shearer's Snacks, where they served as a Sr. Human Resources Leader and later as a Human Resources Leader from December 2019 to February 2023. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Niagara Bottling from May 2014 to December 2019. Chris also has experience as a Human Resources Specialist at Solar Turbines from April 2013 to May 2014. In addition, they have a background in the US Army, where they held various roles such as Business Unit Manager/Administrator, Human Resources Operations Manager, and Human Resources Officer. Chris served in the army from April 2004 to December 2012. Furthermore, Chris has served as a Business Mentor at American Corporate Partners from October 2011 to October 2012, providing mentorship to military personnel and veterans.

Chris Bernard earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix-Schaumburg Campus from 2006 to 2010. Chris then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Capital Management from the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, Chris attended Jackson State University from 2002 to 2005, majoring in Biology, General. Additionally, they obtained certifications including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2014.
