Michael Koch

Michael Koch currently serves as the Head of Digital Customer Interaction and Agile Tribe Lead at AXA since July 2021. Prior to this role, Michael Koch spent over 23 years at Deutsche Bank, where positions included CDO for Privat- und Firmenkunden Deutschland and Head of Online and Mobile Banking Business-Plattform, overseeing the online banking transaction platform for various brands within the Deutsche Bank AG. Earlier in Michael Koch’s career, experience included a role as Project Manager at 1&1 Internet AG, focusing on online browser access, and development of plug-ins and add-ons at Highlight Pro Markus Rahlff. Michael Koch is an alumnus of Justus Liebig University Giessen.
