Mike Nguyen

Mike (Minh) Nguyen is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Axon since May 2022, where significant team expansion and the implementation of DevOps and Agile methodologies have enhanced productivity and quality. Previously, Mike worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Reddit, Inc., managing Go and Python microservices and leading backend service convergence for various platforms. Mike's experience includes a tenure at Amazon as a Software Engineer II, contributing to the Alexa Multimodal SDK, and at Microsoft, where development of C#/.NET web services for user privacy data management and online store operations took place. Mike began a career at Epic, advancing from a Software Development Intern to a Software Developer, excelling in feature development for population management software. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Luther College, earned in May 2014.
