Josh Ayoroa

Josh Ayoroa, Assoc. AIA, serves as the CEO of Ayoroa | Simmons, LLC since February 2016, focusing on Building Information Modeling (BIM) solutions for the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with industry leaders and providing tailored services to enhance project communication, transparency, and quality. Additionally, Josh Ayoroa is a member of AIM3D since April 2019 and previously worked as an Architectural Tech at Gray Construction from May 2011 to November 2014, where duties involved developing detailed design information and coordinating on-site construction efforts for projects valued between $3M and $160M+. Josh Ayoroa holds a Master of Architecture in Building Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Community Development, both from the University of Kentucky.
