Luca Celotti has had a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Luca began their career at ABB SpA Italy as a Thermo-Mechanical Engineer, where they developed prototypes and conducted analysis for electro-mechanical applications. After that, they joined Active Space Technologies GmbH, where they held roles such as Head of Thermal Department and Lead Thermal Engineer and Project Manager. In these positions, they managed thermal engineering teams and contributed to projects involving thermal, structural, and system design. Luca also played a key role in the MASCOT/MASCAM/MARA projects, focusing on the thermal control system of the lander and its on-board instruments. Later, they joined Sonaca Space GmbH as the Chief Technical Officer, leading projects related to high-throughput deployable satellite systems and thermal modeling activities for satellite structures. Luca is currently working as the Chief Technical Officer at Azimut Space GmbH.
Luca Celotti completed their Master's degree in Space Engineering at Politecnico di Milano from 1999 to 2005.
