Rob Senden

Rob Senden has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-directeur at AZL since April 2022. Prior to this role, Rob held positions as HR Manager at Obvion and Athlon Nederland, and throughout a significant tenure at DLL, Rob progressed through various HR-focused roles, including Sr Human Resources Business Partner and Leadership Development Manager. Rob's career began at Emerson as a Senior International HR Professional, where responsibilities included international HR management across multiple countries. Earlier career highlights at Philips involved establishing a Shared Service Center for recruitment and overseeing talent development at a global level. Rob holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Tilburg University.
