Wes Carter

Wes Carter currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at B Technology since October 2023. Prior to this role, Wes held significant positions at Army Futures Command from September 2019 to September 2023, including Deputy Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief Information Officer. Wes also worked at the US Army from February 2010 to August 2019, where notable titles included Division Chief for the Army Intelligence IT Portfolio (G-2) and Senior Analyst in the same portfolio. Wes holds a Master of Business Administration in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance and a Master of Arts in Operations Management and Supervision from Strayer University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
