Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational culture. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at B2Gnow since January 2023, Rachel previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at the State Bar of Arizona from January 2021 to December 2022. Prior to that, Rachel worked at Serin Center as the Director of Human Resources and Business Operations from March 2016 to December 2020, and spent over 17 years as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Glendale Community College. Rachel holds a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from Arizona State University.
