Hernán Trillo

Director Delivery Management at B2X

Hernán Trillo has over 20 years of work experience in various managerial roles across multiple industries. Hernán began their career as a Manufacturing Intern at Unilever Argentina in 1997, followed by roles at Danone as an Inventory Planning Intern and later as a Production Planning Analyst.

In 2000, Trillo joined Movicom BellSouth and served as a Program of Young Professionals / Logistics Process Analyst before moving onto the role of Reverse Logistics Supervisor. Hernán led a team of 5 employees and was responsible for managing the reverse logistics of mobile phones and maintaining relationships with phone manufacturers and repair vendors. Trillo also implemented 6 sigma projects, focused on inventory management and process reengineering.

Trillo then worked at Telefónica Móviles as the Reverse Logistics Supervisor, where they standardized after-sales operations and led a team of 9 employees. Hernán also served as the Head of After-Sales Business Planning, responsible for demand planning and phone distribution for after-sales operations.

In 2007, Trillo joined Nokia as the Material & Logistics Manager South Latin America, where they were accountable for forecasting, inventory management, warehousing, and reverse logistics. Hernán also implemented lean 6 sigma projects and led a team of 3 employees. Hernán later became the Head of Customer Care for South Latin America, leading Nokia Care Support services and the network across various channels.

In 2014, Trillo joined Microsoft as the Head of Customer Care for South Latin America, where they contributed and influenced after-sales policies and strategies. Hernán also served as the Senior Manager, Order Management Lead for Latin America & Caribbean, overseeing order management activities from intake to delivery.

Trillo then worked at BGH S.A. as the Chief of Operations, accountable for repair operations of mobile phones and electronic devices. Hernán managed a repair network of over 150 points and led a team of 140+ employees. Hernán'sresponsibilities included negotiation with manufacturers and telcos, contract management, revenue and contribution targets, and business development.

Currently, Trillo is working at B2X Care Solutions as the Director Delivery Management, overseeing customer relationships and leading the coordination of internal and external stakeholders to achieve customer goals. Hernán is also responsible for the overall accountability for Account contribution.

Throughout their career, Trillo has demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, process optimization, project management, and team leadership.

Hernán Trillo completed their education as follows: Hernán obtained an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires from 1992 to 2000. Hernán attended Instituto Libre de Segunda Enseñanza (ILSE) for their high school education from 1987 to 1991. In 2017, they pursued a Digital Product Management program at Digital House and also completed a course on "Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen" from Harvard Business School Online. Additionally, Hernán has obtained various certifications, including AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in March 2020, Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in April 2016, and edX Verified Certificates for Supply Chain Design in January 2016 and Supply Chain and Logistics Fundamentals in September 2015.
